Business to Business Debt Collection standard rates of commission:
Debts up to £10,000 - 10% Commission
Over £10,000 - 5 % Commission,
Debts over 1 year old - 15% Commission
Minimum Collection Fee £50.00

*Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 we request the debtor to pay statutory interest and debt collection costs as well as the principal sum which often means that the cost of using our services can be reduced. See examples below:-

Case 1:
Our client a scaffolding company -v- the debtor a decorating company - amount owed £9447.74
We successfully collected £9780.85 which included £333.11 in late payment interest and collection charges which was paid by debtor. As a result our collection fee worked out at only 6%.

Case 2:
Our client an electrical contractor -v- the debtor a design company - amount owed £60,833.26
We successfully collected £64,407.96 which included £3574.70 in late payment interest and collection charges paid by debtor. As a result it cost the client nothing to use our services and they even received a small surplus of £33.04.

Case 3:
Our client an industrial supplier -v- the debtor a builders merchant - amount owed £3031.12
We successfully collected £3423.60 which included £392.48 in late payment interest and collection charges paid by debtor. Our collection fee was £342.36 and as a result it cost the client nothing to use our services and they obtained an additional £50.12 in compensation.

Case 4:
Our client a plant hire company -v- the debtor a groundworks contractor - amount owed £1128.00
We successfully collected £1258.94 which included £130.94 in late payment interest and collection charges paid by debtor. Our collection fee was £125.89 and as a result it cost the client nothing to use our services and the client obtained additional £5.05 in compensation.

Consumer Debt Collection rates of commission:
Debts up to £10,000 -15% Commission
Over £10,000 - 7.5 % Commission
Debts over 1 year old - 25% Commission
Minimum Collection Fee £80.00
