Why do we collect and use your personal information

We collect and use individuals’ personal information to enable us to provide our outsourced debt recovery service to our clients. This includes using debtors and debtor representatives’ personal information for tracing purposes.

Who will we share your personal information with

We may share your personal information with tracing agencies, solicitors, insolvency practitioners and Police Scotland’s fraud specialists at the Economic Crime Unit.

Transferring your personal information outside Europe

We may transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if we are engaged by a non-EEA client and/or are using the services of a non-EEA third party service provider such as a tracing agency.

We enter into a written contract with any third party frim(s) that we will share your personal information with and they contractually undertake to protect your personal information.

How long will we store your personal information

We will store your personal information for the duration of the service agreement with our client. We will delete or return your personal information to the client upon cessation of their instructions to us.
